Renelle is an absolute gem! We struggled for over a year in the market to find the right home, and even had to move on from our first agents. Renelle came highly recommended by a colleague and we could not be more pleased with her results. Communication is key for us, and if I could give her more than 5 stars for responsiveness, I would. We had a long closing period and Renelle stayed in close touch us throughout to ensure that our loan was completed, we got the right insurance (including surprise flood insurance), and the inspection items were all taken care of. To top it off, at the closing , Renelle presented us with the most delectable box of cookies, and a home warranty for a year, all from her own pocket. Renelle gave a detailed marketing strategy that exceeded our greatest expectations and then Covid-19 hit. She shifted strategy a bit to accommodate thoughtful and appropriate ways to safely show the home digitally as well as arranging cleaning after each showing. Things taken for granted now but exemplary in that moment. She kept tabs on every step of our experience insuring success. With low interest rates and wanting to move quickly, Renelle jumped in. She spent time showing us homes to find out what we were looking for and when a town home came on the market, we were the first in, first to make an offer and now proud owner of that home. She works very hard to understand what you want and then watches the market so you don't miss a thing. To really show her commitment, we closed within 28 days of the offer. We were out of the country for 21 of those days, but Renelle and her team of other associates, Edina Realty's mortgage banker and title helped us make that happen.
